DP Structures were commissioned to design and build new contemporary market stalls by ISG Regions to replace the former stalls in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. A key feature was the use of stainless steel cladding and columns.

A similar steel framed building was designed and constructed for Hope Technology, to be used for storage. The roof was cladded with single skin steel and the walls with composite panels.
